Bible verse about strength1/26/2024 ![]() How can we doubt Him after such a gesture? We must not let our humanly struggles separate us from the Lord when He has already done so much for us. Interpretation: We are reminded that God has already made sacrifices for us and that, even his own Son who died for us, is interceding on our behalf and remains steadfast in His support of us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written, “For your sake we are being killed all the day long we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died-more than that, who was raised-who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Whatever we are lacking, the Lord will supply and fill that need. Interpretation: This is a reminder that you will find wholeness by resting in your faith and worship of Him. The Lord is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation this is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him. The Lord serves as protection for the right and acts as the “shade on your right hand,” protecting us from all harm whether it be the sun or the moon that is in the sky, throughout the entirety of your life. In ancient times, a soldier would carry a shield in his left hand while the right side was exposed. His watchful eye will shield us always and forever and “will neither slumber nor sleep,” so that our feet may never slip and cause us to fall off the path. Interpretation: Lifting one’s eyes has the implication of desire or longing, whereas the hills and mountains refer to the heavens where the Lord resides. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore. The Lord will keep you from all evil he will keep your life. The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.The Lord is your keeper the Lord is your shade on your right hand. ![]() He will not let your foot be moved he who keeps you will not slumber. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. In the meantime, we continue to do our part and identify how to best position ourselves to receive his strength and grace. We must acknowledge what can only be done by Him and then trust that it will all be delivered at the appropriate time and place. Interpretation: Faith and the patience for the Lord to do his work is the key here. We must put ourselves in a position to receive his support and not be under the misconception that it will arrive on its own when we are at a standstill.īut they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength they shall mount up with wings like eagles they shall run and not be weary they shall walk and not faint. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you.
